Public-Private Partnerships (PPP)

The proposed completion of Highway 30 totals approximately 42 km of new roads and motorways and over 100 km of ramps. It will include several major structures including two major interchanges, A30/A20/A540  and A30/A530, a tunnel under the Soulanges Canal, a bridge over the St. Lawrence River and a bridge over the St-Laurent waterway and Beauharnois Canal.

This project involves the construction of a 4-way motorway section of 7.2 km, between Henri-Bourassa Boulevard in Montreal and Highway 440 in Laval, with a bus lane, and includes a 6 channel bridge of 1.2 km above the Rivières des Prairies, with a multipurpose path for cyclists and pedestrians. The completion of Highway 25 allows the MTQ to complete the motorway network in the north-east of Greater Montreal, for a direct link between the North Shore, Laval, Montreal and the South Shore.
