Quality Policy

Inspec-Sol Group has set up a Quality Management System aimed at satisfying the most rigorous requirements of its clientele, to promote the continual improvement of its services and to meet and even exceed the requirements of ISO 9001 : 2008 Standard.

To demonstrate the commitment of the Inspec-Sol Group, Management has provided the guidelines, tools and resources necessary for the implementation and continued improvement of this Quality Management System.

The organization of the system is documented in the Quality Manual, in the quality procedures, the operational procedures and the technical and administrative guides.  The company management ensures that the material and human resources remain sufficient and adequate so that the company remains competitive and so that the services offered exceed the client requirements.  The internal audits and the training programs (internal and external) ensure that these procedures are used, understood and implemented by all employees. 

The quality objectives are determined and reviewed during the Management Review, based on the results of the internal audits, the degree of satisfaction of the parties involved, on the current and future needs of the company and the market served.  Concurrently, the firm’s quality policy will be reviewed to ensure that it remains appropriate.
